LAURA SELBY


Laura is a Croydon based music editor, sound artist and violinist with an extensive background working in film, TV, immersive platforms and theatre.

With a flair for interpersonal communication, collaboration, and artist development and support, she has supported a range of artists from film composers to product designers.


After graduating with a first in Music from City University she worked as Production Manager, Sound and Music Editor for London music and sound house Brains and Hunch for five years.

Most recently, Laura has embarked on a masters at the Royal College of Art studying on the Information Experience Design course specialising in Sound.


Laura enjoys field recording different environments, natural and human-made. Creating works for the London Design Museum and The Albany. Currently exploring her latest obsession, capturing the sonic world of Croydon’s concrete.
